Terms & Conditions – Areion Productions

Welcome to the Areion Productions website (the “Site”). These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website and services. By using our site or booking services, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms.

1. Services Offered

Areion Productions provides photography and videography services, including but not limited to:

Event coverage (weddings, engagements, etc.)

Photo editing and film production

Delivery of digital files via private gallery links or download platforms

Additional offerings as described in client agreements or invoices

All bookings and deliverables are governed by individual contracts and are subject to availability.

2. Booking & Payment

Bookings are confirmed only after receiving a signed contract and non-refundable retainer.

Final payment terms will be specified in the agreement. Delays in payment may result in withholding of deliverables.

All retainers and advance payments are non-refundable, except in case of company cancellation.

Areion Productions reserves the right to cancel any booking if contract terms are violated or in the event of non-payment.

3. Deliverables & Turnaround Time

Delivery timelines vary by service and are outlined in your contract. While we aim for timely delivery, we are not responsible for delays caused by:

Technical issues

Late client responses or approvals

Force majeure (natural disasters, illness, or events outside our control)

Raw footage or unedited images are not included unless explicitly agreed upon in writing.

4. Client Responsibilities

You agree to:

Provide accurate event details and availability

Ensure venue access and cooperation from participants

Obtain necessary permissions for photography or videography at the location

Avoid unauthorized reproduction or editing of delivered content

Clients are responsible for backup of their delivered files once download links are shared.

5. Intellectual Property

All content produced by Areion Productions (photos, videos, edits, etc.) is the intellectual property of Areion Productions. Clients receive limited usage rights for personal or promotional purposes unless otherwise stated in writing.

You may not sell, license, or modify any work without written permission.

Areion Productions reserves the right to use selected content for portfolio, promotional, or advertising purposes.

6. Website Use

You agree not to:

Use our site for unlawful purposes

Copy, distribute, or misuse content without permission

Attempt to hack or damage the site or its content

We may restrict or block access to users violating these terms.

7. Cancellations & Rescheduling

Client cancellations after booking result in forfeiture of the retainer.

Rescheduling is subject to availability and may incur a fee.

If Areion Productions must cancel due to emergency or force majeure, we will offer a full refund or alternative arrangements.

8. Limitation of Liability

Areion Productions is not liable for:

Loss of files due to client mishandling post-delivery

Delays caused by technical, weather, or third-party interference

Any indirect or consequential damages from use of our services or website

Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States. Any disputes will be handled exclusively in the courts of California.
